Welcome to Good for 3 - a fundraising and awareness campaign launched by University of Michigan Kicker, Jake "Money" Moody, to support innovative and groundbreaking pediatric cancer research at the University of Michigan Health C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital during the 2022 college football season.
Jake’s Good for 3 campaign will feature a weekly sponsor who will donate $300 for every field goal he makes during that particular game of the football season. Jake is also challenging fans and the public to donate on game days to double or even triple the impact of the gifts made by sponsors.
Cancer is the leading cause of death by disease among children in the U.S. Each year, more than 15,000 kids are diagnosed with cancer, and 1 out 5 of them will not survive. Children battling cancer deserve more effective therapies, improved outcomes, fewer harmful side effects, and more hope.
Jake's successful field goals will have a direct impact on the lives of the Little Victors at Mott by providing much-needed support for groundbreaking research and help Mott physicians and scientists move one step closer to discovering cures that benefit children everywhere.
